Here is a recipe that I made up while the ingredients were “just lying around.” It’s not my favorite recipe in the world, but it’s a fun change of pace now and then. So next time you’re having brunch give this a shot. Not too sweet, not to dry.
- 1 part OJ
- 1.2 Parts Fresh Grapefruit Juice
- 1.5 Parts Vodka
Pour in Champagne glass and top with proseco
