In the Kitchen with Grandma – Rice Pudding & Potato Salad

My Grandma, Eleanor Kuriger – Koniecki was such a wonderful woman. Through her younger years she worked harder than most people can imagine. As a single mother, she did piece work at factories – often times giving her slower coworkers her own manufactured goods to help them meet their numbers, though sacrificing her own income. She was always a loving, generous compassionate woman that lit up the lives of the people around her. She was especially good to her best friend – her daughter, my mom. Though I’m sad I don’t have more videos of her in the kitchen, I’m very happy to have at least this one video to share.  I hope you enjoy!
